Voter Eligibility

New Jersey and New York residents are eligible to register to vote if you fall into these categories:

1. You are a citizen of the United States of America.

2. You will be 18 by the day of the election, November 5th. Note you can be 17 when you register as long as you will be 18 by voting day.

3. You have not registered to vote anywhere else.

4. You have not been convicted of a crime.
